Re-Install, cleaning the registry or running as admin hasn't helped yet...
It worked without problems and from one day to another it misses the driver files... Very strange.

The Microsoft Uninstall/Install Repair Tool worked for me.
Now, I had a slightly different issue, which I think was prematurely deleted registry entries for Hamachi that were preventing proper installation via the built-in Windows installer. As a a result, I couldn't reinstall Hamachi, because the Windows registry entries apparently indicated that it was still installed.
The MS tool turned up two unnamed programs. Trying to fix the first one did me no good, but when I told it to fix the second one, that did the trick. For some reason, my Office 365 installation became corrupted, but reinstalling that fixed it right up.
So, thanks for the suggestion and I hope this info may help someone else.
My issue is that I get an error trying to delete the net/0000 entry in the system registry even after doing everything already suggested and booting directly into safe mode. I'm out of ideas.
I'm using Hamachi. But when i'm connect to the vpn it's very slow. How can i speed my vpn conection on the hamchi?
I get "Access Denied" Error (cmd error) when manually trying to install hamachi driver because my hamachi network adapter doesnt show up (i did show up and was working about 1 month ago) so I need help. How else do I fix that/install the adapter? (I tried various options as reseting network config with cmd etc.)
Hamachi says OK in everything expect tunnels, where it says VPN error.

The absolute latest version that I can get properly working in Debian 8 is version 2.1.0.86 ; i have tried countless times since 2013 to get newer versions working but they are all broken under Debian 8.
With some of the newer versions, I can get the service running, but the hamachi command will ultimately tell me the to start the service, even if it's really running. Most of the time the hamachi command will hang for a fairly long time before returning the shell prompt.
I've tried every trick found online, but nothing works. 2.1.0.86 works flawlessly; newer versions fail miserably. I am keenly adept at solving problems, but this one kills me.

Same problem for me on multiple computers...
Try reinstalling Hamachi by right clicking on the exe install file and select Run As Administrator

You can't really run .msi (because its not .exe) as Administrator and I already tried unistalling Hmachi so many times... It's just that the network adapter won't install as part of the installation process.
EXE, MSI, they are executables. Down load the "MSI" file, in the folder where its at, right click and run as administrator. The driver apparently needs a raised level install.
But there's no option to do so, not even in compatibility tab (grayed out)
Edit: Tried to force it with context menu made in regedit, gives error.

I've been using hamachi for years, and have been able to use hamachi to play games using LAN for years as well. However, a few weeks ago, ONE of my friends can't ping me and I can't ping him. We can't tell who's end it is on, because we both have the exact same settings. Using the hamachi diagnosis will sometimes give a "Traffic test: Timeout" as a result. What is going on, and how can I fix it?
Extra notes: We both have firewalls down, and have no antivirus interferring. (Even though we have windows defender, the friend that I can ping also has windows defender, so that isn't the issue). We both are using windows 10, and this has worked on windows 10 before, as well as windows 8, and Mac OSX.

i made a network and it was working for a long time perfectly but soon it started to tap out alot and their was a solution solution online to uninstall and reinstall the program but now i cant access my old networks i cant even get on them because it requires admin permision to get in the first place if anyone has any idea how to fix this please tell me.
