will this give a a new public ip address that acts as a VPN but is tied to your own account? my internet is charter for example and when go to ip check site it says ip.dhcp.charter etc and then if you look up ip address it says organization is charter communications. so will using hamachi give new public ip addres without need for extra modems, routers or charter business accounts for multiple ip addresess?
