mknod: `/dev/net/tun': File exists service - Pls tell me where i can find older versions of Hamachi

I have install Hamachi on an old Centos 5.5 and i get this error:

logmein-hamachi does not support chkconfig Starting LogMeIn Hamachi VPN tunneling engine logmein-hamachierror: %post(logmein-hamachi-2.1.0.139-1.i486) scriptlet failed, signal 2

Any suggestions? Do you know where i can find older versions of Hamachi for linux
