Another troubleshooting step to take is to go to the Search box/Windows+R, and type "Services.msc".
After pressing enter, you will see a list of system services. If you scroll down to the L's, there should be a Hamachi Tunneling Service. Check if it is running. If it is not, start it, and if it is, restart it.
I would also suggest checking in Device Manager for the Hamachi Adapter to see if there are any errors on showing up for it.
