All peers tunneling well but traffic is blocked on their side, no connection.

Here is the diagnosis to one of the people who are in my networks, however it is the same with all others, even ones in other networks.

Tunnel: OK

Local results:
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings
Peer results: [181-111-337]
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings

If I turn off my default windows firewall, local traffic is unblocked, and if they turn off theirs nothing changes.

I have made inbound and outbound acceptance rules for all .exe's within

[C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi], where Hamachi is installed by default through the hamachi.msi file.

I am on Windows 10 and my Hamachi version is 2.2.0.491. Windows says the virtual adapter drivers for hamachi are up to date and that is in line with the several reinstalls I have preformed. This issue has been occuring for 3+ days. Additionally, however this is most likely an unrelated problem with Comcast, I have been getting large ping spikes constantly since yesterday. I mean it will ping at 45 ms 4 times then ping at around 300 once, and repeat.

If anyone can provide any additional troubleshooting ideas it would be greatly appreciated, as this whole issue has been very frustrating to deal with.
