Unfortunately your issue is connected to MSI (Microsoft Installer) - it cannot find the MSI for the latest installation of Hamachi. Probably the file is deleted or the path does not exist anymore.
First I would suggest using their official method. Should that fail for any reason you will need to delete all files and registry entries related to Hamachi.
Please note that if you wish to keep your clientID you should make a backup of SYSTEM\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\LogMeIn Hamachi\.
