Same thing here. Upgraded manually to the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition this past weekend. Running the latest version of Hamachi (2.2.0.493).
Hamachi starts fine and connects fine. All computers in my networks have the green circle indicating a direct tunnel. All computers also have a yellow triangle next to them. Right clicking on a peer node, choosing Properties, then the Settings tab shows a network adapter error. Clicking on the details... link shows the message Failed to connect to the network adapter. Peer is not accessible via VPN.
Fix imminent? Don't want to upgrade any of my other computers until this is fixed, otherwise it will impact my ability to do remote support for friends and family. I'm already going to have to walk them through upgrading Hamachi, which is always a treat.
