Connect to LAN svn server from outside

HI all,

I'm newbie in this area. I want to connect to my office's svn server from my pc at home, normally i use this ip address when i'm using pc in the office: 172.29.99.5. Is it possible to connect to it with my home pc? If yes, can you show me how?
