Mine also was working as of 8 AM.  I emailed support on Sunday after I realized it wasn't just going to come back; no response as of yet.  

 

From my experience it seems to do this occassionally however this has been the longest outage I can recall. 

 

I really question and am slightly concerned about LogMeIn's long term commitment to this product. I noticed in the latest revision of thier website the product is not mentioned and it doesn't seem to get a lot in the way of support. 

 

I really like the product and it works very well for my needs and that of my customers I'd hate to see it go away but I have started to look into alternatives in the event that it does. 

 

I'd love to hear from LogMeIn regarding a forecast for the life of this product. In the past they've given fairly short notice when they were retiring a product... thinking Cubby... I wasn't a user but they gave 30 days notice when they retired it; 60 for paid users. In a lot of scenarios that wouldn't be enought time to find and implement a replacement
