What is changing?
- An updated experience: We’ve got a fresh look planned that is aligned with the LogMeIn brand, and we reorganized our product communities to make it easier to find the help that you need.
- Let’s get mobile: our new design is responsive so you can get help on the go - from your tablet, phone or desktop device!
- More product communities: We are expanding the number of product communities for you to engage in here by adding our GoTo product forums to the LogMeIn Community.
- New avatars: All existing users’ avatars will be reset to the default avatar, so you will need to choose a new one. Have fun identifying yourself in the community with our updated collections!

How can you help?
We are looking for community members who would be willing to step up and assist us in making the transition as easy as possible for our members.
We are looking for members who can:
- Give us feedback on the experience so far - what is working, what is not, and what you are hearing from members.
- Welcome new users - say hi and help them get used to the new community
- Thank members for great content - give kudos, say thank you, any way you can show our members that their helpful posts are appreciated!
