Logmein is often very disappointing. And not just because of their expensive rates and absurd rate increases upon renewal... there is a free remote access software called real VNC that works great but does require that you install a viewer on a pc or mac. I suggest that you try it. Lacks some screen scaling features and is not great for large deployments but the compromises give the cost of $0 make it much more attractive to Logmein for many situations.
