Thought I would mention that although I have the inconsistant timestamp error in the diagnostic, but I don't have the driver error in the device manager that you showed in your screen shot.
In the driver properties window on my PC (win7 x64) it says "This device is working properly.".
So the inconsistant timestamp error, and the driver error you are having, may be two different errors, or maybe two related errors.
All I know is that I do have the inconsistant timestamp error, but not the error 52 issue.
In another post, a person suggested installing KB3033929.
This was already on my system. It appears to have been installed around 10/10/15, which was a while before hamachi auto-updated itself to the newest version.
I'll go ahead and add that, although I thought the inconsistant timestamp error had just showed up a few days before my previous post, I was probably mistaken.
I'd only been using "Diagnose" from the menu that pops up when I right-click my hamachi networks (in the main hamachi window), and that error doesn't show when I run it that way.
The timestamp error only shows up for me when I run the diagnostic tool from the help hamachi help menu.
I hadn't run the tool from the help menu for at least two weeks (maybe a month) before I noticed the timestamp error.
So it may have started before the most recent update, but probably not more than a month ago, as I ran the diagnostic tool from the help menu a little while back when I was having trouble getting a game to connect, and the only errors I had were about blocked inbound connections.
Anyway, don't know if this information will help or not, but thought I'd pass it on just in case it might help give a clue to what's going on with this.
Oh! and I should also point out that when I had a chance to test hamachi with my friend online, it seems to actually be working, even though both our systems are showing the timestamp error.
I think I will make a system restore point and try reinstalling hamachi. I've been putting it off for fear it might actually break it worse than it already is:P
