windows 10 inbound traffic blocked chek firewall

Hello everybody. I have some problem

I can`t connect to my friends in the game. 

I don`t have yellow triangle, my friends is green. when i check availability I see "Timed out request" When I make diagnose, I see this

Traffic test: Blocked incoming traffic, check the settings of the firewall (Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings)

I tried every possible solution that I found on this forum. Nothing helped me.
