This is what worked for me. Once I managed to get the Windows registry cleared out of all the dross the several Hamachi uninstall attempts left behind, I haven't had a single Hamachi problem since (touch wood). My Hamachi configuration has now survived at least a half dozen new builds of Windows 10 without a hiccup.
If you follow this routine closely and make several passes through the registry, I'm confident that you will get a successful install. Of course, I can't guarantee it, as everything involved (Windows, registry, driver files, Hamachi versions, etc.) means there are too many moving parts to be certain about anything. But this is what worked for me, and I was having all sorts of problems every time I allowed Windows to install a new preview or release Windows 10 build.
Good luck...
P.S. Cannot emphasize too strongly of the need to create a Windows Restore point before making any registry edits, and that when you edit the registry you ensure it has your full, undivided attention.
