   Sorry about that.  Unfortunately we do not take billing or account change actions through the Community, as it is not secure.  However, I am concerned about the support site experience you had, because we don't seem to have any other reports from customers.  Have you already tried to access our support sites through a private browsing window or after rebooting / clearing your cache?
