I am getting the following error in all my windows 10 machines and cannot connect to clients machines, have put in support ticket no reply yet

the affected clients show a yellow triangle in UI and pop up text is either
direct tunnel or relayed tunnel
any help appreciated, will reply back when and is I hear from Logmein support
