Got the premium subscription but it´s not avaliable

I purchased a Hamachi Premium subscription.
I can see the subscription when I view Subscriptions, however when I attempt to start a Hamachi network I cannot apply that subscription. The only options I have are free or to purchase a subscription.
I have tried raising a customer support request, but have received no response.
