I have a basic subscription which I want to cancel, because our activity was substantially closed. So, I've tried search an option in my account to cancel the billing process, most of all because the payment is made from my personal account, not of my company. I did not found the easiest solution by pressing a button to cancel subscription. Why it is so dificcult to delete an already paid account/period of one year?
I think it must be done in web as any customer to be able to cancel a subscription!
Personally, I don't speak very well english language, and my country (Romania) is not on the support page, which is a very unconfortable for me, as long as I must speak with someone to cancel my automatically subscription.
Please, make a button in each account, or make a mail-to-mail process, not only calling support!
My e-mail is valimaties@gmail.com, please inform me how can I cancel my automatically subscription, as soon as possible, WITHOUT making a call!
