Hamachi tunneling problems

I tried everything :/

I'm using Windows 10 pro

From allowing hamachi in the firewall settings (default firewall)

From installing the tunneling driver manually

From allowing those 3 ports through my firewall:

TCP 12975 (initiator port)
TCP 32976 (session port)
TCP 443 (SSL fallback if others fail)

From changing the advanced settings in my firewall (where all people solve their problem but mine won't):

Windows defender firewall/ Advanced settings / in the action tab clicked proprieties where i can edit the domain profile/private profile/public profile

I want to mention that I also have Ubuntu installed in a dual-boot but idk if that changes something

I even tried to disable at all the firewall and still nothing... I asked my friend to disable the firewall too and then i had a connection between me and him but when i try to enter the server it just says that i can't log in

Running the hamachi diagnosing tool isn't helping... it just says at the tunnelinng tab that i am offline.

When I diagnose myself with another user it says

Tunnel: OK
Local results:
 Adapter configuration: OK
 Traffic test: OK
Peer results: [242-602-997]
 Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings

Can you please help me..?
