Stuck in connecting/Reconnecting.

so i have been literally stuck on this freken connecting problem and i tried literally everything i could find online and nothing has worked why is this not connecting any ideas im literally dead atm. I tried disabling fire wall nothing i tried going into advance settings and unchecking hamachi from the Protected network connections and nothing still what is the problem?
