this hamachi is pissing me out because i have reinstalled it about 2 or 3 times and it still wont let me create a server or jhoin one i keep trying to click on them and it doesnt work because its greyed and i cant do anything and the manage network does nothing so please help me with this stupidf pronbbledm

Can not renew Hamachi Premium subscription
The day before my Premium subscription for LogMeIn Hamachi ends I received the notification email about that.
I went to my secure.logmein.com page and saw that it's true.
So I tried to press "Bills" button, but all that I received was the error page: https://store.logmein.com/errors/notMAH.aspx
Saying that I am not the Account Holder?! What is this mean? I have only one Hamachi account and I have no other LogMeIn Services accounts. Last years I did subscription renew process without any problems, but not this time? What could be changed? Did anyone come cross such a problem, please help?

Network Adapter unsigned drivers
Hello, I am trying to play a game called Unturned with my friend through Hamachi but today I'm encountering an issue that says that the network adapter isn't signed. I found a way to fix it by disabling this check in advanced boot options but now the game's anticheat (BattlEye) doesn't allow me to open the game because of this. Any other way to fix this?

I de-installed the software again (complete, allowed it remove user-settings and everything) via RDP.
Then attached a screen and keyboard and installed it directly on the machine.
=> does not make a difference, when I disconnect my RDP session (either directly over the LAN or via Hamachi).
It seems the Hamachi software simply goes offline whenever it notices there is no-one sitting behind the screen.

Hamachi won't connect (Mac)
Whenever I launch Hamachi it shows an IP address 0.0.0.0 and it says "connecting.." or "resolving..". This has been happening for awhile, it usually starts working eventually but lately I haven't been able to connect at all. I uninstalled and deleted all the config files and tried to reinstall it, but that didn't fix it. My computers firewall is currently turned off so that isn't getting in the way.

I have tried to look up many different issues on the forums but nothing they said helped. Maybe I am just missing something so any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: I am sorry if I am missing any details that could help, this issue isn't happening on my computer. My friend is the only having trouble and he needed me to post a thread. If there are any questions I will ask him over text or discord and try to answer them the best I can.

Cannot assign Paid subscription.
Hi. I cannot assign a paid standard 1 year subscription to my newly created network in the Hamachi portal.
I only have the option of free or bought, but if I click on subscriptions it is in the list. Network is created online in the portal and not on the client. I see other people have the same issue but no public resolution is posted.

log me in hamachi do not maximize
hello i have a problem with hamachi
i have 3 computers 2 xp and one 7 64 bits
after i install the hamachi, and it ask me username and password for the the logmein account, it minimize in the taskbar-time zone, and after what i can not open it to set it with network and to see the shares. then i hoower with mouse over it it only display power off, about hamachi, exit , and it not show minimize and neither the hamachi window. one of the computer it is fresh install and the other i remove it and try to reinstall it , regcleaner, file delete, different version,
Please tell me what should i do to keep use it .

hamachi start = freeze chrome / firefox a few seconds with all the requests in timeout

when i start hamachi (turn on connect to network), chrome/firefox freeze during few second, and all call in http/https enter in timeout.
it's same when i deconnect hamachi.
how to solve this.
i use windows 10
