When I create or enter a network I click on enter or create nothing happens, nothing stays, nothing happens after 10 or 20 seconds, I try several times and nothing I can not create or enter networks because of that some solution?

I'm having this problem as well. Following a reboot, I have to do a complete uninstall, including the user settings, then reinstall and re-attach to my network. As i had email confirmation turned on, this always failed to connect to the licence server. At least i was able to resolve that problem by turning off the email confirmation option...
but if anyone has a quicker way to overcome this, i'm all ears!

I recently had the same error message "VPN domain's tap device is down" following a Windows 10 update, after using Hamachi for years. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Hamachi, problem persisted. Googled lots of Windows stuff, got very confused.

I found two versions of Logmein virtual ethernet adapter drivers in Device Manager, removed them both (with Hamachi still trying to run), then uninstalled Hamachi, then reinstalled, and problem went away. No idea why....

How to restore/export credentials to access current private network in Hamachi
Hi guys,
Currently i have received an assignment from manager to operate an existing Hamachi network . The old staff he did not handover the information to me. Now i have to figure it out everything.
Please let me know how to view the credentials to access current private networks (configured in advance for our existing customers)? - from both client site and host.
Please note that create a new private network is infeasible for us since it impacts our customer business.

Hamachi say my computer is offline
i am trying to setup MP for Subnautica through Hamachi.
I have my buddy do the same. We connect through Hamachi and my computer name is greyed out.
He seems to be working and I get timeout errors.
I run diagnosis in Hamchi Help menu.
It says my computer is offline. all others are green.
Not sure why I'm greyed out. I'm online just fine.

Hamachi says "unidentified network"
I'm trying to set up a VPN for an old game from 10 years ago. I have to disable the IPv6 and adjust the Ipv4 properties to metric: 10 and remove the default gateway (25.0.0.1). Then it tells me "unidentified network". I assume it has to do something with having no gateway ? But it seems for other people in the VPN it works. When i enter the gateway it tells me "network 2/3" or something, but i cannot find any lan-game.

I fixed that error by reinstalling in the default location, if it's installed on anything other than C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi, that would be a good place to start

hamachi client needs to be reinstalled and these are details

Every time I reinstall the program it installs it without the files. Can someone help?

I have not yet found in the User Guide how to configure each network member individually, such as Hub or Spoke. Page 44 talks only about the configuration of the group's network type, not each member's network type. Example: I add a new member; how to set whether it will be Spoke or Hub? Thank you.

VPN status: error, ip is unusable 0.0.0.0/0
I have a gateway network with a single linux gateway and a single linux client. Before today, I could connect to the gateway computer from the client machine without issue. Before today, when I executed "ip route", I would see a route for the private subnet of the gateway computer (10.3.3.0/24). I could ping or ssh into it, no problem.
Today, even after "hamachi logout; hamachi login", that route does not appear in the routing table, and I can't ping or ssh into the gateway computer. The route for 25.0.0.0/8 is still there. When I do "hamachi network xxx.xxx.xxx", I get this:

name : MyNetwork
type : Gateway
VPN status : error, ip is unusable
IP address : 0.0.0.0/0
I'm guessing that error must be related to the problem? I haven't changed any configuration on the client or gateway machines.
Sorry for not including log files; they are thousands of lines long. What is the most useful "hamachi" or other commands that I could run to produce helpful log output?

Hamachi Mobile Client
I have the 5 client Free Logmein Hamachi Network Mesh installed on 3 PC's and this works perfectly. I am trying to use my iphone7 to also join the network. So, I logged into my account, created a mobile client and 'sent' it to my email address. But I NEVER received the email. Tried several times. Checked the junk folder too. Nothing. Any ideas?
