Hi
Sorry, are you still encountering login problems?
Re: payment decline
Hi
If a payment declines then the subscription will eventually expire (within a set number of hours or days depending on the plan). This applies to accounts that do not have the funding available, and also those that were closed out completely (no continuing credit agreements).
Linux version of hamachi do not appear on network connections and I can not ping myself
I install it and it seems fine if i try hamachi command, but I do not see it working at all.

Unable to Remote Connect when Hamachi is installed
Hello, I am not able to establish a connection with Windows Remote Desktop when Hamachi is installed.
As soon as I unistall Hamachi everything is OK and I am able to connect with Remote Desktop.
Could you please support me on this as I need to have both working correctly - Hamachi and Remote Desktop.
The PC is with Windows 10 64bit OS, Hamachi is ver. 2.2.0.633
Re: Unable to Remote Connect when Hamachi is installed
Have you tried to reinstall Hamachi through a different connection type or while physically at that PC?
Re: "Create" button for Hamachi doesn't work
Re: Unable to Remote Connect when Hamachi is installed
Reinstalling Hamachi is a difficult process .. I have to login into Safe Mode, uninstall Hamachi network adapter via Device Manager and then login normally in Windows and uninstall Hamachi from Programs and Features because otherwise the uninstall process is stuck and unable to succeed.
Physycally that PC is not with me, it is in another country. Actually the PC is Intel NUC and tried with a different connection types with no result.
Direct tunnel problem
I have a problem with the tunnels on LogMeIn Hamachi I have to turn off the firewall every time and after I disable it I have to wait very longfor the people on the server to have direct tunnel ...
Can you help me ?
Thanks!
Whitelisting
Does anybody have a definitive list of Ports and URL's needed for the Hamachi client to connect to the Hamachi servers?
We are having an issue with Hamachi connecting from behind a corporate network - we have opened ports and URL's that are published on the security whitepaper but we are still getting an issue connecting. If we allow all outbound traffic the client connects so we know Hamachi is fundamently working.

Description in use. Please rename.
Hello,
I am trying to deploy LogMeIn Hamachi to a remote computer. I want to use a specific name in the description, which has previously been used in my account. I have deleted the client with that name from the web interface, but I keep getting this error. Any idea how to fix?
Pls void my subscription
hi,
I have emailed to support@logmein.com and support-replies@logmein.com
but I worried that it wouldnt get through
so I made this thread
I subscribe to logmein multi network subscription a year ago.
after that, I have tried to search about auto renewal, and I didnt find any place about the auto renewal and even about canceling the auto renewal on my account, so I just assumed that my subcription wouldnt be auto renewal
but today I was contacted by my bank about my credit card was charged $299 by logmein for auto renewal of my subscription from a year ago
I dont want to auto renewal my subscription as it was too expensive for me right now. pls help cancel the transaction and void / refund my credit card soon.
my account email : min_feng@yahoo.com
thx
regards,
Lai Min Feng
Re: Pls void my subscription
so now, after searching in forum, I found that to change auto renewal we have to phone support logmein.
this is a very not good and roundabout way to do it.
as u have a web, u have to put the info for the auto renewal on our account, and for us to be able to change it with a simple click.
a phone would be ok if u just serve for local country. if I have to phone u from my country, it would be expensive, not to mention that english is not my primary language, so we might have some language barrier to understand each other.
anyway, pls void my subscription. I dont know if it was auto renewal (no info on the subscription page about auto renewal like the photo I attached). and for now I couldnt afford the subscription of $299.
pls help soon.
thx.
Re: Pls void my subscription
Its been almost a day with no reply from logmein support. I have sent 2 emails and fill in ticket support to billing too. And wrote here too.
Never thought that logmein would turn out to be dissapointing like this.
Re: Pls void my subscription
called to logmein just now
and it turns out that there already was a reply email (on the spam that I havent checked yet)
hopefully the cc has been refunded too
thx very much for the help logmein
Re: Hamachi won't go automatically online
Hi guys,
I created a batch file that turns on hamachi and enables a network on startup. To get it to run subtletly on startup I created a shortcut to the file and changed the properties so it starts minimized.
Open notepad and paste in the following code.
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\LogMeIn Hamachi\x64 hamachi-2.exe --cli login hamachi-2.exe --cli go-online <network ID>
NB: 1: The first line will vary depending on the location of your hamachi install
2: Replace the "<network ID>" with the numerical identifier displayed when you hover over your Network in the Hamachi client.
Save As and add ".cmd" to the file. Store it somehwere safe (I put it in the hamachi folder) and create a shortcut.
Open start menu, type "run" and press enter.
Type "shell:startup" to open your startup folder and move the shortcut here. Finally right click on the shortcut, click properties and change the dropdown menu adjacent to "run" to Minimized.
Hope this helps, I'm not a coder so aplogies if this doesn't work for you. I built this out of some very basic how to guides and some trial and error with the hamachi-2.exe in CMD. Here's a link to the post that got me here Link to Post.
