Hi,

 

Just had the same problem as you! ;) Well, here's your answer!

 

To solve it:

 

1.Press Windows+R. (It will open a little window called ''Run)

2.Write -> services.msc

3.Once the window called ''Services'' is open, search for LogMeIn Hamachi Tunneling Engine

4.When you found it, right click on it and click on ''Start''

5.After it started and the Status is now Running, right click and click on ''Properties''

6.Go to Recovery

7.Change all the place where it's write ''Take No Action'' to ''Restart the service'' (So, you'll have to change First Failure, Seconde Failure and Subsequent Failures)

8.All done? All right! Start Hamachi normally, and go on for your activities! :D

Several times already posted in the support and can not clearly explain what to do that would not pay the extra money. For earlier removed the money and not isspolzuemye subscription money was never returned. At the moment, we need an active subscription 3 of 6 purchased.

6 licenses were bought a year ago instead of 3 due to the fact that will automatically be deducted from the credit card money. A few months wrote in support of those that would have returned the money. Finance did not return. Today - a week expire subscriptions - I want to keep only three, are needed.

Hello 

for some reason my hamachi does not connects on my server computer it shows me a screen where it says service status stopped how can that be fixed So I can see from my client computer

Help: Cannot ping server by name

Hi All,

 

I started used Hamachi 6 weeks ago and it's been working fine so far. I have a workstation computer at home and a laptop at my office (shared co-working space). For my CAD software to work, I need to be able to ping my server computer by name. i.e. "ping James-HP" as opposed to just by IP. 

 

When I started I installed Hamachi, setup as a gateway network, added it as an approved app to the firewall settings and it worked fine until today. It worked yesterday end of day, but today I cannot ping the server machine by name. I can successfully ping the server by IP.

 

From the server, I can successfully ping the client machine by either name or IP. 

 

Please help! I just spent an hour on the phone with LogMeIn and they said because the software is "working" there is nothing they can do to help me. I am completely out of commission until I solve this.

Additional info: I tried the bonehead stuff like restarting both machines, restarting hamachi services, etc. I also tried completely turning off windows firewall on both machines. Both machines are running windows 10, no additional firewall or anti-virus or anything besides what is there by default.

Yo tengo un problema similar en dos servidores que ya tenían logmein y que tienen Windows Server 2003.  Lo curioso del caso es que tengo otros servidores con Windows Server 2000 y en estos me funciona bien.  En mi caso, lo desinstalé pues tenía una versión anterior y al instalar la última versión, al abrir el panel de logmein me indica que no está conectado a Internet y solamente me presenta un botón "Reintentar".

I'm living in Vietnam, the country is not listedin the list. English is not my native language. Is there any other way to stop subscription besides of phone calling? For example, a contact email.

Hamachi doesn't work for Mac

I'm a Mac user and I don't know why but Hamachi doesn't work for Mac OS Sierra. It says that there's a problem in starting the engine. What can I do???

Hello

Have you checked windows server 2012 firewall settings.

I say this because it has 6 setting re RDP sessions.

by default it only opens 3 of them and thay are the domain only it leaves the public ones closed.

To use hamachi to RDP in the public RDPs need to be open.

Hamachi Linux Command line client unable to login

Dears,

 

I have some devices which are not able to login to the Hamachi network.

 

The error notifications I see:

 

- tcp: laggy read, breaking out.

 

- pnp: m-search sent
upnp 1 1 0
pnp: 0039c980 new (add udp/48151 -> 192.168.0.10:48151)
pnp: cancel(00363d50)
pnp: m-search timed out
pnp: 0039c980 request FAILED, rc -2

 

I'm running a lot of other nodes using the exact same configuration, without issues.

 

The devices are running Raspbian as OS.

 

Hamachi version: 2.1.0.165

 

What could cause this problems?
