Hi Glenn, It is clear from the complaints and my experience that this is not an isolated problem. I've logged 2 different tickets and haven't heard anything back from support. This forum has been the only way to confirm that I am not the only one experiencing this issue, it is widespread, and has been the only place to receive any kind of communication from LogMeIn. My business cannot afford to have intermittent network access for almost a week without any idea as to how long it would take to resolve. The continued risk to my project is too high and the data loss is already too problematic to not evaluate alternate VPN connection services.
