No way, I had this happened to several of our accounts (large company)
We didn't update the creditcard details so that they could not auto-renew, which, as we found out is not possible to cancel just by logging in to the website. Very, very dissapointing.
What happened after your complaint and did you get a refund?
I figure they 'guessed' my new expiration date. That's illegal ofcourse, without my consent. I will complain through mastercard.
Here's proof from my logmein account billing details. I did NOT change te expiration date!
