Same for me. Reloading again and again. Tested on current Chrome 69.0.3497.100, Firefox 62.0.3 and Safari 11.1.2 on MacOS X 10.13.6

 

Please resolve this issue or delete my account. Thanks!

How can I transfer an old network ownership to my account?

About 6 years ago, I created a network on Hamachi. However, I didn't link it or backup the config file so I can't administrate it anymore after I reinstalled Windows a long time ago. I still have the network's password so is there anyway to make me the admin of the network?

My and my friend have been using hamachi for a while now and its worked fine until recently. My friend cant connect to my servers and ping times out on hamachi. Diagnosis says:

 

 Local results:
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings
Peer results: [224-505-882]
Adapter configuration: OK
Traffic test: Inbound traffic blocked, check firewall settings

 

We have tried creating in and outbound rules in firewall, turning off firewall, reinstalling it on both sides, looking at the private and public allowences, restarting the program, seeing if the private network said hamachi, everything.

 

We both use Win10

Both sides are up to date

Muy buenas tardes, tengo un problema al conectar mi pc con la de un amigo que vive a 4 cuadras sale el error de tunel retransmitido boton color azul. Al ir al diagnostico a ambos nos sale boton verde, como que todo está bien. Existe alguna solucion?  Jugamos juegos online y se genera bastante lag. Desde ya muchas gracias!!

Can't connect to Hamachi on Android

After a few seconds saying connecting, the status changes to unsuccessful and on the last login section of the site it says "could not go online in network." Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Cannot get adapter config on diagnose

this is what i get when i hit "diagnose" on my friend's icon...also i get the "relayed tunnel" issue?any help?

Connections to the internet

I would like to know why hamachi is making a connection to the internet when it is not in use and is off. Additionally, what information is being exchanged at this time. The application was caught by my firewall trying to make connections without being requested.

Relayed tunnel in the other location

Dear Admin,

I have a problem in my hamachi. One day, in location A, My router and modem suddenly turned off, because of electricity problem. When I turned on back the modem, suddenly the usual green dot change into blue dot (relayed tunnel), but only for the client-pc located in Location B (different network and location). I did the diagnose, and everything is OK. I cannot find the solution and I move the whole server (CPU DESKTOP) to the location B.

After I move to location B, i try to connect again, and all the client-pc in the location B(same network) all now able to connect (green dot), but all the client-pc in Location B are in the relayed tunnel state (blue dot)

I cannot find the solution, can you please help me?

Can a 2nd hub be added?

I have a subscription for a Hub and Spoke.  I would like to add another Hub to the network so I can access all the computers on the Spoke from a different computer.  I don't want to convert to a Mesh for security reasons.

Hi all, 

 

Had the same issue, so I enabled ports 45565 UDP and 45566 TCP on BOTH sides (clients), in Hamachi Advanced Configuration. Then restarted LogMeInHamachi Windows Service on both computers. Also, I disabled Windows Firewall profiles, and on EACH of them (domain,private,public), in "Protected Networks", unchecked "Hamachi". 

 

Now got it working fine, hope that helps somebody. Sorry for my english.

I also have the same issue, is it possible I could have my old account deleted entirely and it's server permissions transferred to my new account? I have the server with the old account as admin shown below:

  I don't know of an easy way to make yourself an admin, especially granting permissions to servers where you are not the current account holder.  Alternatively, if you have admin access currently, you can create a master account holder change for your login, though I know this isn't ideal in your scenario.
